WHY THE WINDOW IS OPEN NOW
Landfills across the region are closing and urban waste volumes are rising. Penang's Jelutong landfill closed in November 2025; Malaysia's Sungai Udang facility already runs a 1,056-tonne-per-day, 22 MW concession; and national programmes in Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand are accelerating. The capital and policy support are arriving — the constraint, as in most of the region's infrastructure, is the capacity to convert intent into delivered, compliant plant. That is precisely where we work.
HOW WE HELP CLIENTS
Our waste-to-energy advisory spans the full project lifecycle, blending strategic, technical and commercial expertise so a project holds together from first feasibility study to commissioning.
Feasibility & Master Planning
Waste characterisation, catchment and tonnage modelling, site assessment, and demand analysis — establishing whether a project is viable before capital is committed.
Technology Benchmarking
Technology-neutral evaluation across incineration, semi-gasification and pyrolysis, matched to the local waste stream and grid — not to a vendor's preference.
Emissions & Compliance Design
EU-equivalent emission-control design for dioxin, NOx and SOx, plus material recovery for metals, plastics, bottom ash and slag.
Financing & PPP Structuring
Business-case development, tariff and concession modelling, and public-private-partnership structuring that stands up to lender and government scrutiny.
Procurement & Delivery Oversight
Procurement support, construction oversight and commissioning — the delivery layer that determines whether a bankable plan becomes an operating asset.
