A cross-border joint venture, structured and still managed
We structured and facilitated the joint venture between Natasha Skincare — one of Indonesia's leading halal-certified beauty brands, with 100+ clinics — and Beverly Wilshire, part of SGX Catalist-listed Beverly JCG Ltd. The venture established a four-storey medical-aesthetic, medi-spa, chiropractor and physiotherapy centre in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, combining Indonesian brand strength, Singaporean capital and Malaysian market access.
Industrial Safety
A hydrogen-fluoride deluge system engineered to API 751
Engaged as technical consultant at Stella Chemifa Singapore since 2013, we designed a hydrogen-fluoride water-deluge mitigation system to API 751 — a continuous water wall built to the US standard of at least one hour of continuous supply, protecting people and process from a high-hazard chemical.

Public-Sector Capability
800+ trained to run what was built
When Nigeria committed to an ~USD 823m light-rail programme for Abuja — built by CCECC and financed largely through a China Exim Bank facility — the capital was in place but the capability to operate it was not. Working with Multimedia Training Institute, and with Prasarana Malaysia as rail-training partner, we ran a training-needs analysis, built the curriculum, and delivered across five disciplines: rail operations — signalling, fare systems, rolling-stock and track maintenance; public-administration ICT; maritime search and rescue for NIMASA; leadership and organisational development; and township planning. In all, more than 800 personnel were trained. Feedback from the first cohorts in live operations sharpened the programme before it scaled — building durable in-house capability, not dependency. The programme was led by Dr Ricky Gouthaman.

A stake in RealSafe, and a fully certified training centre
As a strategic stakeholder in RealSafe Training Centre (RTC, HQ-Batam), we helped build the centre from the ground up. RTC is now fully certified to deliver BOSIET, FOET, HUET and TSBB training for the offshore oil and gas industry.

We've formalised a collaboration with JEL Maintenance — the wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore's Jurong Engineering Limited — pairing our advisory and project assurance with JEL's engineering, asset-lifecycle and O&M capability to originate industrial and infrastructure work across Malaysia and Indonesia.

Taking a proven waste-to-energy platform beyond Vietnam
We're partnering with T-Tech Group — an established Vietnamese waste-to-energy operator — on capital-raising and regional origination, opening new ASEAN markets for a model already proven at home.
