Group Managing Director
Leads Ezra & Macquarie Group across Asia Pacific, setting group strategy and building the partnerships and alliances behind the firm's technical and management advisory work. An award-winning business leader who holds a doctorate in business administration (risk and safety management).
Joseph Thomas
Director
Experienced in delivering multi-disciplinary engineering, oil & gas and construction solutions across South-East Asia's energy sector. Through Ezra & Macquarie's joint venture with Jova Engineering, he brings hands-on engineering delivery that anchors the partnership's single point of accountability from planning through execution.
Kaylee Fern
Managing Partner, Malaysia
Leads Ezra & Macquarie's Malaysian practice — driving strategic partnerships, business development and delivery, and securing funding for grant-supportable projects across the region. A civil engineer by training (NTU Singapore) with a rail-infrastructure background and a Master's in Business Information Systems, she pairs technical grounding with commercial and stakeholder leadership.

Regional General Manager
Brings over 20 years of operations leadership across the marine, construction, oil & gas and facilities-management sectors. His strengths in operations, procurement, contract negotiation and project delivery support execution across the firm's engagements.
Mark H. Freeman
Marketing Director
A qualified mechanical and production executive with more than 35 years in international commercial and offshore engineering — spanning insulation and coatings, oil & gas, LNG and petrochemical projects across South-East Asia, the Middle East and Europe. He brings deep experience in tender acquisition, contracts and commercial delivery to the firm's energy and infrastructure work.
Datuk Thiwakaran Muagan
Chief Growth Officer, Malaysia
Drives the firm's growth strategy and market expansion across ASEAN, bringing an extensive regional network as Founder of the ASEAN CEO Club and Secretary General of the Federation of Asian African Trade Development & Investments. A mechanical engineer with an MBA, he focuses on energy, sustainability and waste-to-energy initiatives across Southeast Asia.
Shathisvaran Muthalagau
Engineering & Training Manager, Malaysia
BEM-certified mechanical engineer and HRD Corp-accredited trainer, serving as first-line technical advisor on engineering solutions and leading the firm's technical training and capability-upskilling programmes — from training-needs analysis through curriculum and facilitation. His background spans oilfield services (SLB) and Industry 4.0 maintenance engineering (B. Braun).
