Case Study: Natasha-Beverly Joint Venture

The Challenge: Natasha Skincare, one of Indonesia's leading halal-certified beauty brands with over 100 clinics, and Beverly Wilshire (part of SGX Catalist-listed Beverly JCG Ltd) sought to combine their strengths and expand into the Malaysian market.

What We Did: Ezra & Macquarie structured and facilitated the joint venture between the two companies, providing strategic advisory from deal structuring through to market entry execution. We continue to serve as the Merger & Acquisition Manager for the partnership since 2019.

The Outcome: The joint venture established a four-storey medical aesthetic, medi-spa, chiropractor and physiotherapy centre in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur — combining Indonesian brand strength with Singaporean capital and Malaysian market opportunity.
