Through Ezra & Macquarie's joint venture with Jova Engineering, he brings hands-on engineering delivery that anchors the partnership's single point of accountability from planning through execution.
Kaylee Fern
Managing Partner, Malaysia
Leads Ezra & Macquarie's Malaysian practice — driving strategic partnerships, business development and delivery, and securing funding for grant-supportable projects across the region. A civil engineer by training (NTU Singapore) with a rail-infrastructure background and a Master's in Business Information Systems, she pairs technical grounding with commercial and stakeholder leadership.
